At Elevate we were proud to construct the Beachy Modern House in Williamstown, turning a dated three-storey 1990s townhouse into a coastal retreat built to last. Our clients came to us with a vision for a relaxed holiday-at-home feel and we worked closely with the architects and trades to make that vision a reality. Stripping back much of the existing structure presented challenges, but it also gave us the opportunity to deliver a home that feels brand new in both form and function. From the curved walls and drum feature to the generous glazing and custom finishes, every detail demanded precision and care on site.

Building on the edge of the Williamstown Rifle Range reserve meant maximising the views while creating spaces that could handle everyday family living. Our team focused on quality workmanship at every stage, whether it was installing expansive curved windows, crafting the open-plan living areas, or bringing the wraparound kitchen glazing to life. The end result is a light-filled, durable, and comfortable home that blends seamlessly with its surroundings.
